Derick began his electrical career in 1993, as a journeyman electrician in Palm Beach County, FL, working commercial, residential, and light industrial.

In 2005, Derick passed his Electrical Masters test in FL and TN, he relocated to TN, where he opened his initial Electrical company serving his residential community from 2005-2011.

In 2018, Derick moved back to his hometown, where he worked for a private electrical company, working in the residential and commercial fields.

In 2024, Derick decided to reactivate his Florida Masters License and opened D.A.N.co Electrical Services LLC. Where his main focus is to bring fair prices and perform top notch work for his Volusia and Seminole County neighbors.
